Baka Sub Docs

There's not just a whole lot here yet in the way of docs or explanations. For now I've got a little blurb for each file so you can get an idea.

Some devious ATI docs. That is a basic little file talking about how you can get an ATI card to work under Linux for subtitling. I am by now aware of the GATOS project; it is complete enough to support video input but not output. I have also loaned out my ATI card so I can't really work on it too much right now ^_^;;
Plug-in System design. A doc going into some detail about the up and coming plug-in system that will be a major part of BakaSub. Somewhat incomplete but contains some interesting reading.
